Bose QuietComfort 35 Bluetooth Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones Review

Bose is always an industry leader when it comes to producing high quality audio devices, and the Bose QuietComfort 35 is no exception. We’ve already featured the Bose SoundLink around ear wireless headphones in our Top 5 Headphones of 2017 List, but there was no way to finish off the list without including Bose QuietComfort.

If you are looking for noise-cancellation, it is difficult to find a pair of headphones that can beat the Bose QuietComfort 35. The ear cups are designed to fit perfectly over your ears, and the sound quality is very balanced and clear. Often times noise cancelling headphones sacrifice some sound quality for the sake of design that permits noise-cancellation, but that is not the case with the Bose QuietComfort 35. There are certainly headphones out there that have a higher sound quality, but you would be hard pressed to find a pair of noise cancelling headphones that have this level of sound quality. The dual microphone system also filters ambient noise when making phone calls, allowing hands-free, crystal clear calling.

The Bose QuietComfort 35 is also very lightweight, allowing long term usage without any discomfort. For users who have tried the similarly modeled Bose QuietComfort 25 (which is wired), you will find the QuietComfort 35 is just as, if not more, comfortable. Despite being lightweight, the QuietComfort 35 is quite sturdy and you won’t have issues packing these headphones when on the go.

The battery life of the Bose QuietComfort 35 also excels, exceeding the battery life of most wireless headphones on the market. The headphones are marketed as allowing up to 20 hours of wireless listening, and the Bluetooth pairing works quickly and is aided with voice prompts. Overall, you shouldn’t expect any technical difficulties or wireless pairing issues from the Bose QuietComfort35.

Why The Bose QuietComfort 35 Noise Cancelling Headphones Are For You:

  • In terms of noise-cancellation, these are some of the best on the market and don’t sacrifice audio quality to do their job

  • These headphones are extremely lightweight and comfortable

  • Superb battery life

  • Hassle free Bluetooth pairing and management

Why The Bose QuietComfort 35 Might Not Be For You:

  • If you don’t care about noise-cancellation, don’t invest in these headphones

  • For users who are looking for extreme amounts of bass, these might not be the best fit

Overall Impression:

When searching for effective noise-cancelling headphones, it can be difficult to find models that don’t sacrifice on audio quality. However, the Bose QuietComfort 35 are a high performing pair of noise-cancelling headphones that still maintain clear, balanced audio quality. Furthermore, the QuietComfort 35 are lightweight, comfortable, and can easily be taken on the go to meet your audio needs for the entire day. In terms of noise-cancellation, it is truly hard to find a better pair of headphones.
